Easy way to connect the built-in SSD to the USB-C port on your PC or Mac

A USB flash drive may not be enough and you will need something a little bigger or a little faster. This is when using SSDs is a way forward.

You can buy a specific external SSD, but it’s more convenient to use an internal SSD.

They are cheap, lightweight and durable.

And all you need is an SSD (my current favorite is 1TB Samsung 870 EVO SSD) And SATA-USB-C adapter.

I’ve tested some SATA-USB-C adapters, UGREEN SATA-USB-C adapter cable for 2.5 inch SSD and HDD drives..

I like this adapter for several reasons. It’s small, lightweight, fast, with cables, and at a very reasonable price of $ 12.99.

In terms of speed, the UGREEN adapter has a USB C 3.1 Gen 1 data transfer rate of 5Gbps, making it an uncompromising way to connect external storage.
